Who we are
Competent fighters, EU hours
Founded and commanded by D0wNF4LL, the Initiative is a EU-timezone org built for people who want to be good at the game rather than merely present in it. Our whole structure, training and rank ladder exists to produce operators who win contested fights.
Comms discipline
One voice per element. Callouts are short, directional and finished before the next one starts. If the channel is loud, the fight is already lost.
Show up prepared
Ship fitted, ammo bought, insurance claimed, kit packed before the briefing. Launch time is launch time.
Take the debrief
Every operation ends with an after-action review. Mistakes get named without blame and drilled out the following week.
No drama
We are adults with jobs and limited play time. Bring conflict to a lead in private, not to the channel.
Combat philosophy
PVP
PVP is the measuring stick. We seek contested space deliberately: zone denial, escort interdiction, contract defence against other players. Wings fly in pairs, engagements are broken off on command, and we withdraw with the objective rather than trade the fleet for a scoreboard.
- Never engage without a wingman assigned.
- Break off when command calls it, argue in the debrief.
- Griefing, spawn camping and racism end membership immediately.
Combat philosophy
PVE
PVE is where skill is manufactured. Bunker chains, cargo defence and bounty stacks are run as full military operations with the same briefing, comms and rotation as a contested op. Prospects earn seat time here before they fly a PVP line.
- Every PVE run is briefed and debriefed like a real contract.
- Newer operators rotate into command roles to learn them.
- Payouts are split by the published share table, agreed before launch.
Rules of engagement
Ground truth
Fit for the contract
Armour and weapons are chosen against the expected threat, not aesthetics. Leads publish the fit before the op.
One voice per element
Element leads talk to command. Everyone else talks to their element. Cross-talk loses fights.
Medical rotation
Every four-man element carries a medic and a spare kit. Downed operators are recovered, not written off.
Objective over kills
We are contractors. The objective pays. Chasing kills away from the point is a debrief item.
Time zone
Prime time 19:00 – 23:00 CET
We are honest about this: if you play outside European evenings you will find fewer people on the roster. Members from other regions are welcome, but operations are scheduled for EU nights.
